Tree Climbing Program Recognized by GOTC

We are pleased to share that we have been recognized by GOTC, the Global Organization of Tree Climbers, as their “Grove of the Month.” We take pride in our Recreational Tree Climbing Programs and are thrilled that GOTC has recognized the quality of our events.

In particular we were recognized for one of our programs with Camp Breakaway. During this program we worked with youth and adults along the autism spectrum, paraplegics, and other disabilities. Using a number of different adaptive techniques, we were able to create rewarding experiences for individuals of all levels of physical ability.

Climbing into the tree canopy is such a fun and exciting way to explore the outdoors that thankfully, with a few simple adaptations, people with disabilities can also climb as high as they wish and enjoy the wonders to be found in the tree tops.

It is an honor to be part of the global community that GOTC represents. GOTC connects Tree Climbers with each other, allowing us to share information relating to best practices within our industry.
